Hi, I’m Carli. I am an Integrative and Functional Medicine Practitioner, Registered Dietitian (RD), Licensed Dietitian (LD), Certified Leap Therapist (for MRT Testing), and real food + wellness expert.
I also am a mom of 2 kids, so I know first hand how a highly demanding life can impact your wellbeing.
I started Wellness by Carli because my own health issues left me hopeless (more here). I was not well and conventional medicine was not giving me any answers. I was overwhelmed and needed someone to help guide me out of the frustration with my body.
In my practice, I meet clients right where they are and guide them to implement realistic strategies that get them results in the most efficient way possible.
