This recipe is derived from Teri Turner at No Crumbs Left, who has a Whole30 approve cookbook. Below are links to her recipes with changes I made (only a few). The whole family loved it, so be sure to double or triple to make leftovers. I even fed it to my 13 month old (without the red onions on top) and he devoured it. The green goddess dressing is rich in Omega 3s for brain development, there is ample protein and fiber to keep him full and its PACKED with nutrients from all of the veggies and fresh herbs!

Chicken Burger Mix (For Inside of Potato RECIPE HERE

Substitutions:

  • Venison instead of chicken

  • 1 bag of fresh spinach instead of 1 cup

  • Avocado oil in place of oil oil (since used with heat)
